One Atlantic Restaurant

Certified of New York served as general contractor for this world-class event venue, located on the top floor of a 4-story pier extending out 800 feet over the Atlantic Ocean, provides sweeping views of both the ocean and city skyline through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and a sizable outdoor terrace. This high-end rooftop dining and event space is comprised of a large banquet space, bar, theater, and event space, a catering kitchen, and a 2,500-square-foot terrace. This complex project, with its high-end materials, millwork and glasswork require meticulous scheduling and coordination to meet an aggressive 6-month schedule and to help realize the designer’s unique vision.
