Certified of New York served as a general contractor for this fast-track, logistically challenging project for Manhattan restaurateur Stephen Hanson/ This tri-level, triangular-shaped restaurant and basement level nightclub (Level V), with its bare brick walls, rough wood beams and floor to ceiling windows create an open, casual space to dine with flair and panache. The casual atmosphere masked a state of the art commercial kitchen complete with wood fire pizza stoves. This project demanded the ability to use ingenuity in the field to address unique field conditions and help realize the client’s vision.
